its a continuous practise to stay in present and be connected with inner space. The compulsive thoughts about people, and emotional forces in our body are waiting to grip us, and this world is a trigger for it. it can pull us in its web anytime. We just have to face and spend some time with people and their situations, more so even with your own life situations. So we have to be very alert, even if we now know the way to stay away from the thought patterns, thanks to Eckhart and all other spiritual gurus. But this is a non stop unending endeavor, its 'Tapasya' as called in India, which means continuous work of self discipline and meditation. Its a war between unconditioned consciousness (as Eckharte coins it), and the conditioned mind, and we have to win this war every moment

I have found myself in the enlightened process the past few months, thank you so much for this, was so so helpful Eckhart. I had lead a pretty hard life filled with trauma and depression, I am now finally finding myself, and it feels better than I have ever felt in my life. And what's so amazing is, is so is my 24 year old daughter finding herself, and for that I am so grateful that she can now learn to lead a happy and content life for herself and her babies. Thank you Tammy and Eckhart for this session. I appreciate what Eckhart said about how to recognize that I am awakening...how spiritual teachings resonate with me shows me that I am awakening.
